No, I read an interview with the engineers.  Only 5 minutes out of their 500+ minutes has been treated with the "loudness" treatment.  And that only out of necessity.

Apparently the original pull from vinyl to cd wasn't all that great.  So the EQ has been fiddled with and other things.  They also removed a lot of dust build up on the masters and gave them a cleaning.

This isn't the article I read, but it's something like it.  Look at the third paragraph for a link to more technical info.
