Is chalkboard chalk good to use to fix ph? and if so how much chalk for a 2 1/2pint casing?

I read in the FAQ that you can use chalk...It just wasn't stated on what kind of chalk.
And you refer me to the FAQ's..I think you need to go to the FAQ's

Go to a local nursery.... or nursery dept in Home Depot..... Walmart... etc.... and and for agricultural lime..... or oyster shell

I have read the FAQ dank and as a matter of fact i read it everytime i think of a question so i dont clutter up this board with questions that can be answered with a little faq reading or searching the forums
