personally i think soulja boy killeed the rap game along with his other "goons" after that

show me some quality songs that you may of heard in the past couple of years in the 2000's.

i brought back my origins to the 90's and the good 2000's hiphop/rap
this new shit kills the entirety of rappers

Check out kottonmouth kings and kingspade. KMK is an underground punk hip hop band that's been around for over 10 years. They are bomb, rapping about porsonal freedoms and legalization, with lots of fun songs too. Kingspade is a spinoff group with the 2 main vocalists from KMK. They focus entirely on rap and are somewhat less weed oriented. But honestly, they're great. Check out:

All by KMK. They have shitloads of great tracks, I just can't think of most of them lol.

The best new rap I've heard is done by either the Cool Kids or the Blue Scholars.  I've heard some good stuff from a Somoli guy named K'naan, but haven't given him a full-blown fair listen yet.  It takes a lot of work to find good rap these days, I keep getting referred to the same 90's rap I've already heard and love.  If you haven't checked out Binary Star's album Masters of the Universe (early 2000's), that is required listening along with mmm... Food by MF Doom.
