So how many Get Out Of Ban Free cards do I get? Does it go by how long you've been a member? He's been here 3 years and had 2 breaks, so I should get 4, right?

no one gets 30 years bans, they get permas, i just gave him he BOM number to make a point then adjusted it to something more appropriate. he didnt get out of it hes still banned.
