Ok i am about done with this anxiety bullshit

Saw my dooctor yesterday.

I asked for some benzos...

She didnt give me any

Last night i had THE most terrifiying dream. And i analyse it this morning and i nearly shti myself...

I called my doc and told her too come see me today once again. Im going too tell her to give me some lorazepam or diazepam, lorazpeam is better. If she wont give me any i have  to order some Librium online. Ive never had librium before but im guessing it works well, altough it comems at  a VERY big price in online chemists :frown:

I am going to call Samaritans and see if i can talk to them. I have emotional baggage and lots of problems and things to talk about....


Are there any other organisations offering free counselling over the phone???

I doubt any (reputable) docs will give you pills. You seem to be too desperate for the pills which is a red flag for 'drug-seeking' behaviour. They might think you're putting it on just to get the drugs.

Phone counselling sounds like a good start, try googling for free ones. As well as that, you could probably benefit from talking to a psych therapist/counsellor... (I'm assuming you're in the UK so here's a link to the BACP to find a therapist if you want to http://www.bacp.co.uk/)

With regard to your dream, remember that no matter how terrifying a dream may be, it can't cause you any harm at all. Next time don't analyse your dream after you wake up. You've forgotten so many dreams in your lifetime, so there's no reason not to just forget the frightening ones along with the rest. Have a go at laughing them off.

Panic and anxiety are completely normal experiences. There's many ways to treat them besides using benzos. So if you can't get benzos, don't worry, there's other options for getting rid of the anxiety. As for ordering drugs online, be careful and if you buy, buy from a reputable company.

In the meantime, take some time to have a cup of tea, a cig (if you smoke), and make some effort to just chill, breath, and slow down.

Nah it was cool i used to get lorazepam and other benzos last year, for some reason they stopped giving them to me now - havent had any in a while - said they were adictive.


I just checked online pharmacies and there aint much benzos on t hem, i guess they got busted :crazy:

I think the fact that you're so fixed on getting lorazepam shows that, whether you consciously acknowledge it or not, you're just drug seeking.

But I also have been left untreated by doctors for anxiety in the past and know how it feels. So some helpful advice: go see a new doctor. If you feel the doctor you have now isn't properly treating you, you have the right to go see a different one. If you legitimately have panic attacks/avoidance behavior you simply have to go in and explain it and how it occurs in your day to day life and they should give you at least a limited (15-ish) pill script if not a daily regime (which i would strongly recommend against- you would be doing yourself a huge disfavor in the longrun).

benzos as you might already know dont really help with the anxiety, just mask it. best way to overcome the anxiety is to deal with it outright.

is it more social or just random, like GAD?
