Psychedelics and open-mindedness

This is my first day on this forum, already I see an intelligence and acceptance level that is way higher than any other forum I have visited. It makes me start thinking Terrence McKenna was correct about psychedelics and evolution. Already I can see trippers have some of the most introspective thoughts.

Do you think that psychedelics really do "expand the mind" so to speak, or push us into thinkin outside of the box?

I don't know if we expand our minds, but we definitely knock down a lot of walls.
