Is anyone going to the tool concert in Pomona this Saturday?

It should be pretty fun my buddy saw them a few years back this will be my first time. Got some amazing blotter for it so Ill be giving good vibes all night :thumbup:

i saw em in atlanta and at lollapalooza and yeah, it was an amazing show, but i expected something more.  something different

i dont see how this tour is any different from the one they did right after 10,000 Days came out.  they don't do Wings for Marie or Right in Two anymore and they added Flood and Aenima, i think.

i just think it's time for tool to stop teasing fans with all the rumors of cover songs and collaborations and special guest appearances and really give back to their fans.  i know people that have been paying for their rediculously overpriced merch at every show for years only to still be left unsatisfied.

all that being said, i am still envious of you.

it will be a great show and they will blow your mind.

have an awesome and safe show.

i would check out wolfmother, they're pretty cool.

atmosphere is good, alice in chains is actually really good, i saw them with their new singer not too long ago and it kicked ass.

great nostalgia factor. :headbang:

i missed right in two when i saw them(one of my favs on 10,000 days). they were swapping it out with pushin every other night. this tour they have a bunch of updated ufo video stuff for rosetta stoned. thats really the only things they've changed for this tour. kinda dissappointing. i'd still go see em if i could.

linkin park's old stuff, especially reanimation, kicks serious ass. i don't know how they went downhill so quickly.



have fun at the tool concert though. seen them live twice, and it was a blast.

i wish tool would come back to the gorge. that place is epic. tracklist was amazing to. And seeing the song lateralus performed in spokane a few years ago fucking changed me, something about mushrooms and a lil coke and being on the floor for that shit was awesome. i know the coke/shroom combo sounds stupid but it was awesome there. rosetta stoned is amazing too. i wish that they were coming closer to WA. id go to cali if i hadnt lost my job. worth an overnight drive for sure.
