Troy Tulowitzki hits for the Cycle

TUUUUUUUUUUUUUULOOOOOOOOO!

In his first three seasons in the majors he has an unassisted triple play and has hit for the cycle. He's on his way to being one of the best short stops in the history of the game. Just wanted to brag about the Rocks. See you in the World Series

I saw the replay of "triple".  Looked like bullshit to me.  First Soriano flubbed the ball then he flubbed the throw.  Usually that would be ruled a double + error.  How many triples are hit down the left field line?

That was a bit of a stretch. Soriano had trouble gripping it and the relay throw had him beat by miles but they overthrew it. But, that's been ruled a triple in Coors Field since it's inception.

I've seen that quite a few times actually and I always had the same response as you. To be fair, he almost beat the throw straight up and Soriano didn't flub the throw as much as he just sucks as an outfielder :shrug:

So don't hate Zap. If Jeter did the same thing you would have been getting the date and "DJ" tatted on your hiney.

Except he's not. If anyone is doing that right now, it's Hanley Ramirez. Tulo is a very good role player/ all-star.

No.  I'd say exactly the same thing.  And the throw was well on time to nail his ass. 

Tulo's OK.  He's gonna have do it a little longer.  He should also stop trying to steal bases.  He sucks at it.

That was a gift triple.

There were like, three bad defensive plays on that ball.

But whatever, the Cycle is a stupid achievement anywho.

all i know is tulo fucked me hard last nite in fantasy. i had a hell of a night, but tulo's 7 rbi's killed me. good thing its only tuesday. :rolleyes:
