Well, I am almost certain that the contam would not have spread airborne from 1 jar to every other jar. That means your problem occurred during preperation. If your syringe is half used, then you may have pulled back on it at some point and dragged in a contam. In the MMGG there is an adaptation that suggests placing your substrate materials seperately on a baking sheet and into the oven to remove any contaminants before you put them in the jars. Where did your contamination start? If it didn't start at the inoculation points, then it was probably not the syringe. Maybe you didn't boil or pressure cook your jars long enough.
That's all I can think of.

My contmination showed in balck spots some jars showed in 7 some in 10. do you still think it could be the syringe? If you were to bake the substrate on a cookie sheet do you know how hot the oven should be and for how long?

I'm sorry, I don't really have enough experience with contamination to answer your question. Hopefully someone who has more experience will post an answer for you.
