After eating too much and drinking my stomach is far from flat right now, i used to have a pretty good 6 pack but now its gone and i look not as fat as that shortless dude from trailer park boys but not that good either

But i dont call it beer belly i call it BUDDHA belly :wink:

I have a 6 pack UNDER my beer belly.  The surface is all jiggly and whatnot but underneath it's a fuckin brick wall.

I can flex and show off half of my abs.
My whole left side is tone/visible. My right side is getting there slowly.
If i ever do, i think i'll have an 8 pack

It might be from my back, i'm pretty sure my back has a curve in it, and it might alter how i do my ab work outs and such.
Both sides are hard, but only the left side is visible. It's weird.

Use neoprene while you run and that will shave off body fat and help cut your abs.
