Hell I love the shit out of life

and I love to wake up and get high, best way to start my day, puts me in a good mood. (even if the rest of the day is sober)

It gets my digestive tract going and since I work out when I wake up, the combo of the two is great!

Running + Smoke in the morning = Major Metabolism attack!!

It seems to have to opposite effect of coffee for me, if I blaze before I do anything else I usually end up going back to bed or sitting around wasting the day. I guess if I force myself to go out and do something, once I am out and about its not so bad, but often times on a day off there is nothing to do so I can't find the motivation to actually act upon anything.

If you are in love with life, blazing probably gives you more energy - but if you have a "meh" attitude towards life, then it just makes you (or at least me) lethargic, unmotivated and paranoid.

the exact same way I might alter my normal reg day feeling with coffee or nicotine or antidepressant or whatever. It's for whatever kind of jolt that results from the mix of a substance together with one's mood and morning dispositions. You're constantly "high" on a whole set of different substances throughout your day anyway, so the only difference might be that I consciously and purposefully chose to use one in the morning. It sounds like for you, such a conscious choice, such an exercise of one's liberties is dirty and "unnatural" and correlate with some latent personal problems, whence your question. Yet I could only trace it back to the weird assumption that there is a "moral" or "ethical" way of starting your day and that drugs are bad m'kay ?

In other words, from the way you formulated it, your question seems loaded with misconceptions and assumptions about other people's life, motivations, intentions and habits, and that's why you get such kind of answers; they are as loaded of assumptions about you as your question was about those targeted by it. Whether you like it or not, it's hard to get past the ugly orthodox view on drug uses that shines right through your words.
