So I'm gonna hit a wake 'n bake here in about 10 feel free to join me if you want!
Tell me this, how do you all feel about wake 'n bakes? Do they put you out for the rest of the day or is it your ideal method of getting ready for the day? I've heard a lot of mixed responses to this throughout my life, but personally I love doing it. It wakes me and gets my day going just right.

the trick is not to overdo it in the morning.
i just stepped back inside from three nice hits, and i feel higher than i had planned on being...if only the roommate weren't asleep i could crank up some music and all would be well
breakfast, ftw

Yes, the key to proper wake and bake is knowing what you are doing the rest of the day...
Example:
When it's Monday morning, and I have to go to work, a single hit of my good stash will suffice. Traffic is less annoying with a buzz.
On Saturdays, when XBOX is the only thing on the schedule, all bets are off. 2 or 3 bowls over the course of an hour, and the day becomes GLORIOUS!

Yeah really depends on the day. If I'm in the gym that day maybe 2 bong rips will suffice. On my off days I like to get superbaked; for some reason smoking within 5 minutes of waking up gives me a lot of energy rather than knocking me out.

Yeah you have to know what you're doing for the rest of the day.
I don't drive stoned so it usually confines me to my apartment. If I'm planning on cleaning or organizing all day, it works fine. Otherwise it'll be a waste most of my day.

i'm surprised; i'm actually getting my shit done today. i've had this make-up assignment looming over me that i've been putting off, but i'm better than halfway through now
looking forward to working out, but i want to come down a little more beforehand
but having shit planned out definitely helps too

I just got up maybe 10 mins ago and was just debating whether or not to wake n bake. Thanks for the motivation, packing a bowl right now!

It all depends on what you have planned for the rest of the day. I have trouble having motivation to do anything during the day when i wake and back unless they are serious commitments that i cant get out off.
I prefer waiting until the day is over before smoking any weed. This way, i can do everything that needs to be done then chill out at night and not need to worry about doing anything!

I wake and bake to varying degrees but also wake in the middle of the night bored and just bake then. Its not so rough on your pocketbook if you mostly smoke "Schwag". I gauge how tired I already am when I wake up and how much time before I gotta start getting ready for work.

I sit in traffic on 520 every mornig coffee in one hand, joint in the other, knees driving the car. If one of you sees me I'm happy to share. In fact, I think since the state of washington can't seem to fix the traffic, they should at least issue joints to drivers on 405 and 520. Nothing makes the morning commute go more peacfully.

i love a good wake and bake. it doesn't burn me out or anything, but smoking in the morning puts me in a smoking mood and its hard to not stay high then. my tolerance begins to hate me then.
i perfer to wait until at least being up 5-6 hours before the first toke. seems like i get higher and stay high longer that way. ideally i just smoke when im ready to go to bed.
im either not smoking at all, smoking all day, or before bed.

W&B kills my motivation - i get suuuuuper laid back, (im pretty chill most of the time as it is) and I get very sleepy. Now I am talking about a bowl of good green right after getting up, with some sweet hot tea and a few golden Oreo's... ahh man thats goood stuff. but if I have errand to run, not a good idea. OoD
