polyfil question

I can't seem to find any polyfill in the stores around here, I'm wondering If I can just buy a cheap pillow and gut it for it's insides?
If so what should I look for in the description of the pillow for this to work?

Well, if you have a walmart any where close to you they should have it.

Any craft or sewing store should also carry it.

If all else fails, Polyfil is just that. Polyester.

Get the cheapest pillow you can. A bag of that stuff is only like a buck or 2.

don't buy at walmart whatever you do. This can jynx your grows.

Just look for a pillow that says it's made from whatever material and contains 100% polyester fiber fill (or something to that effect). Most pillows have this so it should work just like you are thinking, more often than not all pillows that are not filled with down are filled with polyfil and they are always the cheapest. If you find a decent size pillow for $4-10 it's likely filled with polyfil. I'd still read the labeling to make sure, don't forget that even if it says 100% cotton you need to read the whole label, because the filling is likely polyfil and I've never read a pillow label that never said what was in it.

i got mine from walmart... bought a pillow and ripped it up
