The DEA's infrastructure should be able to handle it though. Is anyone else having this problem?

good point maybe they are just low on funding I'm sure it is hard to convince Congress there are thousands of people manufacturing a controlled substance in there country and everything you need to do so you don't have to show an id and can only buy so much a month like meth cooker
