I'm financially challenged, and have been most of my life. But I'm not white trash. I love my life. Money is not my major motivation in life. I work, I pay my bills, but I live in a trailer.

But I'm happy. I've known people with a hell of alot more money than me and some of them were pretty white trash if you ask me.

Integrity, honesty and having values are more important than status and money.

Also, you are not defined by what your parents do but by what you do.

Good advice here.

My parents make a shit ton of money and they still consider themselves rednecks. I have a lot of white trash in my family, but they enjoy it so I guess white trash doesn't really exist.

It is just another person's perspective of whatever they view as white trash so how can it affect your reality.
