cool recipes with brown rice flour

no pftek jokes plz

i'm trying to make some "lembas" bread to take on a magical journey (non-psychedelic, i'm just going on a train ride) and i can't decide whether to make some goo balls, brown rice crackers, brown rice cookies, or brown rice bread. bread would be the best but i can't find any recipes online, except one that uses 3 cups of white flour and 1.5 cups of BRF.
i'm at a loss. i think i'll just take a bag of BRflour and eat it raw, but i'm not sure if can digest it :smirk:

i've really only tried making cookies with it. It doesnt really hold its shape well. Its also grainy and dry. But i'd like to hear of recipes using it, since i'm a fan of the whole grain staple food.
