Yes, my cat likes to drink from a leaky bathroom faucet we have. She will sit and lap up the water off the stopper while water drips down onto her head from the faucet. Nor does she mind getting sprayed with the sink sprayer or a spray bottle of water. And she sits on the shower ledge and watches me shower.

But try to put her into water and all of her sharp little nubs, of which she has many, will be embedded into your skin in all manner of painful ways.
