OK...granted....tv is prety much shit....

but my dad is too fucking funny.  its just funy.  hes like this old conditioned dinosaur.  i mean, hes 57 years old or something.....he grew up when there were like 2 channels.  im not sayin theres anythin great on the tube these days and i dont even watch it.  im usualy just in the room on my laptop while hes doin his thing.  yet he will watch judge judy and those stupid court shows....yet, he was just surfing through the channels, and we have about 700 channels full of movies, comedy shit, discovery, u name it.  now, i once in a blue moon throw on the tube and cant find anything in that amount of shit worth watching either, but i just watched him pass by so much interesting shit.  all kinds of cool like national geographic programs, good movies, informational shows, etc.  and he goes.....theres nothing on.  as he goes past the channels in light speed.  i just had to laugh.  hes got no interest in so much good shit, yet when court tv is on, hes all there.  poor guy.  mind u my dad is a real chill dude.  but hes def a huge couch potatoe and just a simple guy.  loves his hockey, football, and food, and crap tv.  gotta love him!  lol!

but, i decided there is some really good shit on tv. frontline, science channel, i even like 60 minutes sometimes

I have 754 channels and there's always a bunch of kick ass shows/documentaries/movies etc on. My dad laughs at people who can't find anything on tv or watch stupid shit out of all those channels.

My dads 50 but he's cool. He watched the speed channel, Space channel, sci fi, we have all the discovery channels HD and non HD, National Geographic, Military channel, comedy network, he watches good movies on one of the like 10 movie channels

I watch the same I guess. I record so many programs on the DVR while watching an already recorded show. It's pretty cool

I gotta admit that I like watching Judge shows though, Judge Joe Brown has always made me :lol: , his expressions towards some of the fucking dumb people he gets in his court room is priceless
