Not really true.

Even very small women can take very large penises.  Think about it dude, vaginas are meant to pass babies through.  Tight vaginas don't need small dicks, thats the dumbest statement I've ever heard.
In instances where there is pain from intercourse with someone who has a large penis, its largely due to apprehension and intimidation from the size of the cock.  It can be remedied by taking it slow and using a bit of lube.
If tight pussies got only small dicks and loose pussies got only big dicks, there would be no use for having different dick sizes anyway.  Big dicks are made for pleasuring tight pussies.
