Legal caffiene replacements?

gonna stop drinking green tea, feel like caffeine is damaging me.  anyone know any good alternatives? maybe a good energy drink or herb?  :psychsplit::bongroll:

Yerba Mate my friend. They dont call it the "Drink of the Gods" for nothing. Im not gonna go into a whole debate on if there is truly caffeine in it, so do some research.

All i can say is that i have HORRIBLE anxiety and OCD thoughts if i have too much Caffeine. Yerba Mate is an awesome alternative that is fucking amazing.

Ginseng?  I've never used it as such, but I've seen it in energy supplements.

hahaha I just quit drinking coffee a couple weeks ago...so now I only drink tea.  I wonder if someday I will quit drinking tea too...  I have gotten some bad headaches from switching over but all in all it has saved me money and I feel a lot better.

I made the switch to tea this year, too.  I like it a lot better for the most part, though I'll still get an occasional cup of quality coffee for taste.

Ya I miss espresso more than actual coffee in the morning. I am sure I will give in and have some on a special occasion or something...just like hard alcohol I also only drink wine and beer now. This is recent though both in the last few weeks so I will see how long I stick with it. :grin:

As god as my witness......I shall never drink Yeast vomit again, unless the situation calls for it.

I meant to ask you how that turned out.  How'd you mess it up? I couldn't imagine trying bad home made wineeee ... I have had a couple corked bottles and that's bad enough.

It was a train wreck. I ended up going to the ER to get a toxicity screen. High speed vomiting the entire day, and must foul gas you can imagine (from both ends :foreheadslap:) Extreme fatigue, and burning insides

Thank god my buddy watched over me, going through it alone would have been hell. He gave me plenty of water and watched Shrek with me until i could walk. Never again :facepalm:




(sorry to be so graphic, with cute girls over the internet, but you should all know the horrors of what can take place)
