I can't wait to get out of bed and make some tea.  I've been drinking literally like 7 cups a day all week since I've been sick.  Also been drinking green tea chai, its good schtuff.

Do ya'll ever make mugwort or valerian root tea?

As far as store bought teas, I like Celestial Seasonings tension tamer and sleepytime.

For a daytime tea, Starbucks has an awesome black tea, which I will only drink iced with no sugar.

I know, can ya'll believe it?

I just recently picked up some camomile tea,with no caffiene.......thats stuff will knock you out ,I had no idea it could be soo sedative.

Mugwort and valerian work well too.

They helped me beat a bout of oxycodone detox insomnia-rage one night, so I was thoroughly impressed.

Some people on the boards haven't had too many problems from what they've said. You could always play the 'i thought it was just green tea' if customs picks it up.

Then again i've also heard its not the real deal with some websites. I guess you'll have to use google because i'm unsure.

It is good though, I think I need to drink it more than once a day though. Hopefully I can score a ton of bags for cheap somewhere.
