Yes, it's a refurb but still, that's cheap as shit. If I had the money I would totally buy one. HP tends to be a good brand too.

I know we've had quite a few posts about "what kind of new laptop should I get." This one is a good option as long as you're cool with an AMD processor.

Nice, but I think a 17" screen would be too big for me.  Wow, that sounded completely wrong.

A 14" is a nice compromise between functionality and portability for me.

SWIM may have already tried that.  but only got the chance to flip a qp before his connect up and left the fucking state. :crankey:

also, i need to be saving every penny for my eurotrip this summer.  speaking of which, i need to buy a fucking plane ticket soon.  that's gonna hurt.
