it has to be the Valerian!

I purchased some Valerian, as I know in the past it worked great for sleep. Still does, and diphenhydramine was giving me those temporary black spots in my vision the next day.

The problem I have encountered is at first I thought I was imagining things, but after not having taken any in a while and seeing the same problem come up today.

Valerian seems to do something which lasts for a while, it doesnt supress the libido it seems to make it very hard, to put it bluntly, to get an erection 24+ hours after taking it.

This is not to say if I NEEDED an erection (ie had a way to use it, or at the least just stimulated) that it wouldnt work, I havent tested that, but since this kind of thing has never happened before (honestly I think my libido and everything is higher than most, to the point that i may take valerian next time i need to put that in check)

I honestly have shown that each time this happens, I can trace it back to having taken valerian recently. It only seems to affect the physical libido (in guys)

I dont know if this is just the effect it has on me or what, but I can definitely say that the proof is there after today, when before i felt I was just looking into it too much.
