SWIM needs some help!

So SWIM's hooch is finished! :cheers:, however a closer examination shows some of the plastic bottles are more "Red" while some of them are more "Dirty blue". This is obviously from the dead yeast at the bottom of the jug........however SWIM wishes to know if drinking dead yeast is safe? Or should he discard of the bottles that have more dead yeast in them?
