Some people deserve the worst that life has to offer...

Teens Accused of Killing Homeless Man "For Fun"

HOLLY HILL, Florida (AP) -- Two Florida teenagers found a homeless man in the woods and beat and kicked him to death "to have something to do," according to Volusia County sheriff's investigators.

Christopher Scamahorn, 14, and Jeffery Spurgeon, 18, confessed to beating the 53-year-old victim with their fists and sticks and kicking him, sheriff's spokesman Brandon Haught said Sunday.

The pair were charged with murder Sunday. Spurgeon was being held without bail in Daytona Beach. Scamahorn taken to a juvenile jail.

The teens said they attacked the man "for fun" and "to have something to do," Haught said. They went back to the woods three times after the initial attack to beat the man again, he said.

The victim was found Saturday, and the condition of the body indicated he had been dead for several days. An autopsy Sunday determined that the man died from blunt force trauma to the head and body, Haught said.

The victim's name has not been released.

"We're trying to find next of kin," Haught said Monday. "He apparently doesn't have any next of kin nearby."

Investigators said there may be more arrests.

Sick.

The only thing that burns in Hell is the part of you that won't let go of life, your memories, your attachments. They burn them all away. But they're not punishing you, they're freeing your soul. So, if you're frightened of dying and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away, but if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the earth...

I also blame the way we treat money...the fact that money is the yardstick of our civilization, of our successes and our failures.

These kids saw a homeless guy and thought, "He has nothing. No one will miss him...he's worthless." The value of life is tied up with a person's monetary value.

And it's sick. It's fucking sick.

situations like these make me think of this song:

Pardon Me

A decade ago
I never thought I would be
At twenty three
On the verge of spontaneous combustion
Woe-is-me
But I guess that it comes With the territory
An ominous landscape of never ending calamity
I need you to hear
I need you to see
That I have had all I can take
And exploding seems like
A definite possibility to me

So pardon me while I burst into flames
I've had enough of the world
And it's people's mindless games
So pardon me while I burn
And rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me
I'll never be the same

Not two days ago
I was having a look
In a book and I saw a picture of a guy fried up above his knees
I said, "I can relate,"
Cause' lately I've been thinking of combustication as a welcomed vacation from
The burdens of the planet earth
Like gravity, hypocrisy, and the perils of being in 3-D
And thinking so much differently

So pardon me while I burst into flames
I've had enough of the world
And it's people's mindless games
So pardon me while I burn
And rise above the flame
Pardon me, pardon me
I'll never be the same

Yeah.

Makes me very sad.  I thought the same thing when I read this..."what the FUCK is wrong with people!"  but then I realized that with the sick and putrid state of our culture right now I shouldn't be surprised.

And it's sad that I feel that way too...this sort of thing should be shocking and yet...somehow I'm not shocked that this sort of thing happened.

Good choice guys! You now get to look forward to getting fucked in the ass with no reach around for the rest of your life. Also your teeth will soon be smashed out of your face so big black penises can be shoved into your pretty mouth without concern for pesky biting.

At least the kids have the right idea,
not about the way they did it,
but about helping the homeless.

And I say "helping" because I think most of them would be happy
to get a lethal injection, or any other quick, painless death.
I'm not tryin' to be mean, it's what I really think.
