Ive never given someone a bad rating, but I can't quietly watch it anymore. You need to learn cultivation before handing out advice dude.
Edit: The rating system is a way for people unfamiliar with you to get an idea of whether you're a decent member or not. It's not a form of punishment for you, but a warning for others.
