I figured I'd try to bump your ratings. Maybe you got off on the wrong foot with some folks when you first came around. It happens, but in my experience, people sure do change over time. Ive never given someone a bad rating, but I can't quietly watch it anymore. You need to learn cultivation before handing out advice dude.
Edit: The rating system is a way for people unfamiliar with you to get an idea of whether you're a decent member or not. It's not a form of punishment for you, but a warning for others.

however, if we read the fine print on virtually any pharmaceutical product, we are likely to pause, until the official nod from the doctor says yes this will help, and the doctor does not need to think it through, since the AMA/CMA/EMA and practice insurance will back him up.
the fine print on the package is a magical protection but not one for the patient.
