No such thing as illegal search in the states, hun. If the piggie tells the judge he smelled weed, the judge takes his word for it. A shame they have to lie their asses off to bust us but they do it every day and get away with it, sorry.

If you try to fight it in court all he'll get is more time (maximum probably) and he'll get stuck with the 2 misdemeanors as well. They set an example when you take it to jury trial because its expensive for them and they do not like it. Easier for them to have ya come in, plead out, and leave on probation.

They'll most likely let him plead out to the poss wo pres and drop the other charges. He'll be waiting in jail a few months for his court date then get off with a shitload of probation and a heavy fine. Just be glad he wasn't in Georgia, my bail was 38,000 last year.

My brother was charged with possession in Florida, and he fought it as it was an illegal search. He won the case. The lawyer set him back a couple g's though.

Okay, so what we know so far:

Shroomism did not consent to a search.
$5000 bail for the Flexoral, $500 for the pipe, $500 for the 3 grams of weed
They will NOT let him out on bond since he's out of state. It is my understanding that we would have to pay the entire $6000 bail plus a $700 bond fee. The $6000 would be returned when he showed for court.
ALSO, Shroomism told me last night that they are charging him with a FELONY.

It's just too fucking ridiculous. The whole thing smells very suspicious, and it's hard not to believe that there is some sort of conspiracy going on.

Is it really a FELONY to possess a half dozen muscle relaxers, a bowl, and a few grams of weed?
What harm is he doing to society? It's not like he was even selling anything. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

This whole incident has really hit home, because this could of just as easily been me. I used to ride around with small amounts of stuff all the time. I never thought it was a big deal. I'm not hurting anybody. But this whole incident has really made me look at the corrupt ass system and all it's bullshit in a new light. Some Greek dude said once, "The more corrupt the state, the more numerous it's laws." Well what does that tell you about YOUR state? It makes me fucking sick. Last night I talked with Shroomism through a glass wall on a telephone and he told me when he gets out, he's going to Canada. And I'm going with him. I'm fed up with this shit.

As I said in this threadin OTD, its a felony to possess scripts that are not yours. He has to prove they are his.

This is not some conspiracy, its simple criminal activity that went wrong.

Yeah, definately get out of the US. I don't think it's some kind of conspiracy against you, this kind of bullshit happens on a daily basis in the US.

To the people who are throwing around the "scam" accusations, go fuck yourselves. Obviously you've never spoken to Adamist or Shroomism. I can't possibly imagine these two being involved in any kind of scam. How would you like it if you got into trouble and desperately needed help, only to end up being accused of trying to scam people?

I don't know what the FUCK everyone's problem is. I have only been here a short time and I know they are not trying to scam us all. Personally I am all for raising money for Shroomism. If I had any money to spare hell I'd pitch in. Hell If I had the 6 grand I'd throw the whole bond down and tell the Fla. cops to kiss my rich ass, and as for fighting it HELL yeah, fight the hell out of the charges. They are fucked up and so is the whole Fuckoing Judicial system. I say if you do not want to send money then quit fucking posting on this topic cause I for one am tired of reading about people that don't wanna help.


Anyway sorry bout that ...... that was my ranting and raving for the day.

America is fucked up, i thought it was bad in the uk but this is fuckin ridiculous.
