i think enlightenment gets thrown around so easy.  to be honest i dont even think the dali lama is enlightened. i think there are many on the path and to varying degrees but i dont think so, which is why i think 2012 is going to be so bad, if humanity really had been figuring it out and there were more freed souls out there, i think 2012 would be a beautiful thing but i think its kinda like game over for us, another species shot to try to attain godhood
