I get it every late fall/winter
Either around Halloween or Christmas usually.

And i end up in the hospital every time because my left lung always collapses or partially collapses, I think if it completely collapses they have to stick a needle in your chest, they've never done THAT to me.
I've had it for I guess 5 or 6 years in a row now,
this past year was the first year my lung didn't collapse.

I am kind of a weakling I guess

No pneumonia yet, i realized the symptom ( a stuffed up head like i got punched in the face every 45 min and a feeling like i have a sore throat coming, but its only sore on top where my sinuses connect .) Once i decided the next thing  would happen would be the stuff dripping into my lungs over the next 6 weeks i went to the store and grabbed everything they had. Right now im taking Tylenol pm liquid with (DXM), zyrtec, claritan D with psudophedrine, a nazal inhaler form of zyrtec, and smoking weed. 

what is really helping the most is this stuff i found. Its a bottle of sea water with a sprayer on it. What you do is tilt your head horizontally and spray it till it fills your sinuses like water balloons. After a couple fills and damn near falling over from the dizziness, it starts coming out the other nostril along with all sorts of nasty. I know it might seem like alot to take this step but i belive its helping and... well... lets just say im no stranger to putting things in my nose.
