I tried to have a pop last night. I just can't do it. But I used to ADORE pop.

When I was a kid and got a job at Taco Bell, I would have at least a 32 ouncer an hour. :laugh:rool:

It's taken me probably close to 10 years of off and on fighting and a MAJOR improvement in diet to kick it.

You dropped them both at the same time? Why? Are you having caffeine withdraws?

I just thought fuck it. If I am going to quit weed I might as well go on a mini health kick and drop the pop too. I have replaced it with what I used to crush all the time when I was a kid....milk.

I had some real bad headaches when I first quit but I used excedrine and it has caffeine in it so it helped.

i read somewhere that sugar increases the w/d symptoms of various substances... so it probably would help.

I can definitely relate to the weepiness. I just about shed a few tears on my way to work listening to Manic Street Preachers. Haha. I'm starting to get these really 'reasonable' thoughts "just" to have "one or two cones" tonight. :rolleyes:

Been there many times. The chronic now is very strong no? And we smoke it alot, yes?  So I get the same thing when I run out, a bit insane, I can't eat, I get a bit mean.

Sorry, no great advice except that lifting weights and exercise really seems to center one and increase the appetite naturally. 

Most people might call this bullshit but pot being a narcotic can display similar symptoms of withdrawl to morphine, especially with today's dank.

But really, just one week and you would forget pot like you never smoked it before. It's just the detox for a week which is rough. 

Okay, I'm full of shit. I believe the Creatrix gave us the good herb Mon, for a suffering humanity.

damn man im trying to quit today just so i can get a little more fucked up tommorow and this is a lot harder than it sounds.... for me its all about boredom and having too much time on my hands with little else to do...

I almost broke down today. Actually I did have a mini breakdown. I ended up drinking a pop. However I have held off calling the man.
