Soy sauce

Well im addict to this sauce, I eat it with every meal(except sweet).

Agreed. Although I have used sweet soy (kecap manis) in desserts with good results. Right now I've been trying to track down "imperial" soy sauce made by Kikkoman, but apparently it isn't available in this country. (The first batches of this soy sauce is sent to the emperor of Japan every year) I've contacted Takashimaya in Japan to see if they can send me some, but have yet to hear back (if ever I presume) Try mixing equal parts with a good quality balsamic vinegar (a Nobu invention) as a dipping sauce initself or made into a vinaigrette or as a marinade. There's also mushroom soy sauce (though to salty for my tastes) fish soy and the aforementioned sweet soy from malaysia. Adventurous? contact ajinomoto and ask for a sample of freeze dried soy and see what you come up with.

Ya the mushrooms sauces are pretty salty...
I like the dark sauce =]
