Crossdressing

I started crossdressing when I was young. Ive felt alot of shame and guilt over it for years. Ive tried dozens and dozens of times to stop, throwing away all the women's clothing and going either a few days or a year without it, but after so long I relapse into this behaviour. I know there are a few people on these forums who are unashamed and open about their crossdressing, but probably a few more than that who wouldnt tell a soul. Ive always sorta felt like a girl trapped in a male body, but sexual interest wise Im about 90% into women(Im also attracted to transgendered people both ways and the rare guy)

For some reason its alot harder to quit than it seems it should be.  Id like to quit. Recently after a trip I realized its not as wrong as I thought, just taboo. Has anyone quit these or similar behaviours? Im considering trying hypnosis.

I've never done it, beyond trying to walk in my mom's heels when I was a little kid.  The neighbors (older girls) always used to kidnap me and put dresses on me and makeup on me, and I always hated it (at least I acted like I did, I loved the attention from the girls even though I was just like, 7, I just hated the way they showed me attention).  I've never done it willingly, but I don't blame or judge you man.
If you like doing it, just get comfortable with that fact.  Stressing about it is just going to make you feel that much worse.  So what, you like to dress like a woman sometimes.  At least your not that weird fucko who made the bestiality thread.  I'd like to shoot that guys dick off.

I do drag sometimes. It's not like it's an addictive behavior for me, but there's definitely nothing wrong with it. They're just clothes, who cares how you dress? :shrug:

I was wondering how females felt about men dressed up in women's clothes.  Maybe a lot of them would like it. 

I remember dressing up as a beatnick one Halloween and going to a bar or nightclub with some friends.  A lot of the girls were attracted to me for some reason, more than usual.  I even grew a moustache and goatie and had a set of bongo drums.

Definitely not anything wrong with it. It could be a way for part of your personality to express itself. This may be a necessary outlet. I think its important to consider if your trying to stop because you personally want to, or if your trying to stop because you feel pressure from the society around you. Maybe stopping cross dressing will actually cause more harm than good? Because it may involve trying to stifle an important part of yourself.

Females tend to be 50-50 on it. They either love it or think it's completely disgusting.

You sound a lot like me, except I'm a chick. I've always felt more connected with men, and for some reason people took that to mean that I'm gay.

I don't see why you should stop crossdressing. Do whatever turns you on.

As far as chicks thinking it's hot: I have been attracted to the occasional crossdresser – the problem is usually that they dress like hugely caricaturized versions of bitchy, slutty hoes. Not hot. However, when done right, it can be pretty sexy, mostly because it shows an open mind.
