Thanks for everyone's opinions!  I definitely agree that it's very easy to think something is going wrong when it doesn't exactly look like what you've seen before, including my previous attempts at growing.  I guess I just haven't grown in the winter before where the air is drier and temps are cooler, but I'm pretty sure I've done everything correctly up to now.  I will check back in a few days :smile:
