The United States invests the most money and has the best equipment and technology to date... so how could S.A.S. be superior? Just good training?

Who do you think Delta Force is based on?

Army Special Forces, Which was based on The First Special Service Force, which was based on the OSS.

SAS is badass, and we do a lot of cross training with the brits, So I wouldn't call either side of the coin superior.

I thought Delta was based on SAS because of officer exchange in which one US officer returned to US and trained Delta based on SAS models?

Delta Force was made up by 43-year-old military geeks that play paintball on the weekends and watch Saving Private Ryan religiously.
