I've gotten effects from as little as 50mg, but I'd like to try even lower to find out exactly what my personal threshold dose is.

Yes (online, not off :tongue2:

). Yes, but generally you'll want to boil it down to a much smaller amount. What I did was an extraction to mescaline hydrochloride. It's not too hard to do. You can also do an alcohol extraction which is quite a bit easier.

to many beers, sounds good but i don't have the money for this extra thing but thanks for the info
