its like doing a wheely on a regular bike except instead of grabbing the handle bars you grab your balls and hang tight, the ladys might have a slight advantage in this department due to gliding potential

I chased a friend around my previous place of employment while he was on a unicycle, short story I was fired soon after.

have a friend to hold onto or a railing next to you when you start.  unless you are gifted you wont be staying on it for very long without help.  Friend walking next to you helped me a lot.
