poppy garden startup

just joined the forum, and yesterday i started my poppy garden. im using peat pellets in a plastic container (mini green house ) does anyone have any advice ?should i use indoor plant lights yet or wait until i get some plants?

I'd put them outside in dirt.  I wouldn't mess with indoor in peat pellets.  Poppies don't transplant well at all so peat pellets don't make sense to grow in.
