Yeah, its actually much better for cooking than simply drizzling it on top of food. Its good that way too, but can be overpowering if you put too much do to the heavy smokiness. I personally like it on tacos, rubbed onto meat before going on the grill, and adding to barbeque sauces.

Didn't we just have one of these like a week ago?

I don't have the time nor the drive to go out and find cool unique sauces, so I just stick to the classic.

I like this stuff for adding a little kick to stir frys and the like.

For a good bbq sauce, I like Quaker Steak & Lube's Buckeye BBQ.  They have some other tasty flavors as well, but this one has the best blend of sweet bbq flavor and spicy-ness.  I don't care for buffalo style sauces.  Buffalo chicken, buffalo pizza, etc.. that shit is nasty.

Oh man, I love the Sambal Oelek chili paste. It's insanely hot, but damn it is good. They make one with garlic in it too, but it's a bit too salty for my taste.

I haven't tried the one with garlic, but I plan on getting it next time.
