Sclerotia dosage question

I have looked all over for info about dosage for P. mexicana A strain sclertia, but I find nothing. Any idea how to measure out amounts of sclerotia for munching on?

For me, 20 g fresh give me a level 3 trip.

I could wait for Aldebran to arrive here, as he's the Truffle expert and has given me plenty of good advice on truffles! But I'll pass on the following instead http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/12240157/vc/1#12240157
Here experience with Mexicana roughly equate 20g fresh to 3.5g of dried cubes.
