PLEASE talk me out of buying this guitar!

Im so close to getting my credit card and ordering this. Ive played and seen it at guitar center and it was $700

Im so tempted to buy this please talk me out of this. Im a starving college student and im about to place this on my credit card.

The way i look at it is that i CAN afford to make payments on it. However if i "Need" My credit card for anything else im going to be fucked.

What do ya think fellas? Grey is my favorite color and even though its silver it looks crey to me for some reason. I love the les paul style and it has great reviews.

Because it's an epiphone. Im not hating on epiphones, but if you're getting a les paul.....just go gibson.

Shell out the extra 300 and get a gibson if you're even serious about buying a les paul.

I never liked Epiphones in general (Epiphone, booooo), but if youre gonna spend that much cash then spend a little more and get the real thing. The real thing or nothing at all! Otherwise youre just wasting your money...

Having tried both, I can honestly say that Epiphone are underrated but NOT THAT GREAT too

Plays well for a certain amount of time (2-3 years)
Then you have to change the hardware (tuners,bridge)
Guitar turns into shit after a while

As for a Gibson Les Paul... you're buying the name, not the guitar. But the guitar fucking rocks

Find a lotus copy from the 70's, and buy that. It will sound better, and be cheaper.

Don't buy it, you can't afford it.

I love my Epi LP but I would not buy one again; I'd put the money towards a better guitar.

Play the guitar you have until you can actually afford a good one.
