Hairy-Eyed Emos With Huge White Pitbulls

That's right, I met the neighbors.

One of them anyway.

He is a big Emo, maybe 6 feet tall.  He wears his brown-black hair down in front of his eyes and wears tight pants.  He has a huge white pitbull named Naomi that likes to run into the street.

He told me he was considering calling the cops on our other neighbors who are obvious crackheads because they were smoking crack on his front porch the other day.  I told him that it's the ghetto, what do you expect?  He says his dog hates black people and snarls at the window anytime one walks by.

He told me the other neighbor, who is an old man, has been forced into the back room of his house by some gang who are running his house as a drug house.  I'm not sure I believe this.

All in all, he seems better than most of the other neighbors around here.  I told him to leave his car unlocked, because they'll just smash the windows otherwise.

His dog is cool.

That's all.  Will report more details as they become available.

the rest of them from what this guy described seem like regular ghetto neighbors(crackheads, gang members, etc.) from what i remember living in baltimore. he's the one that seems out of place, especially the part about him calling the cops, i assume he grew up in the suburbs?

I'm a big proponent of honesty, but one gets sick of paying $100 for new windows after the first three or four.

Wow.  That sounds like a horrible area.  Why don't you move somewhere a little nicer?  Surely it can't be a money thing - even government funded housing isn't always in a ghetto?
