What should I make for dinner?
    #8823958 -

Just me in my one bedroom apartment and I feel like being productive and cooking something tasty for dinner tonight.

I'm going shopping and can pick up some more ingredients, but I didn't want to spend too much. Here's some stuff I already have:

-garlic
-potatoes
-onions
-lots of beans (kidney, black, baked)
-tomatoes
-spaghetti
-various spices

You're probably gonna say chili, but I made that last time, so I'm thinking something different. I don't have a grill unfortunately, so it will be indoor cooking.

Oh, and I looove spicy food.

Throw me some input!

Roast the potatoes with garlic, onion and rosemary, and then sear some chicken on the stove top and finish it in the oven and serve with fresh tomato.

Holy FUCK was that good, I'm impressed with myself!

Used:

-On the border salsa
-1/4 of an onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-Cumin
-Oregano
-Bunch o' mexican style cheese

Cooked all that shit up and puts it inside of a cheesy, buttered tortilla and in the oven for 13 minutes. Topped with some Texas Pete  :hamsterdance:
