the A&E Intervention drinking game

the rules:
a drink must be taken upon each of the following occurrences:
1)someone cries
2)someone says "I love you"
3)someone says "enable","enabling", or "enabler"
4)there is a one on one interview (note: name must appear on screen)
5)someone uses, or does whatever their addiction is.
6)someone does something illegal in order to facilitate addiction
7) if the therapists says "love you like crazy" an entire drink must be finished.

that's about it, the actual intervention is intense, it's a good ten minutes of constant drinking. The first ten minutes or so are the same way because of all the interviews.

it's alot of fun, it may sound pretty morbid but you really start to identify with what the people are going through when you realize you're binge drinking to a show about addiction.

hahha awesome. that sounds fun.

you know i watched one the other day and that guy from days of the new was on it. turns out he's been a meth addict for the past half a decade. poor guy thought he was getting a little publicity for his music career and instead got snared in an intervention. :lol:

I think I've seen every episode of that show and all I have too say is unless you're drinking boone's farm or something, that's lights out  :headbang: Of course I got out of hand last January and started feeling all sad watching the marathon and got smashed on a bunch of wine and had a great time, so maybe this is an idea who's time has come  :thumbup:

My personal favourite drinking game involves two key ingredients:

1. alcohol (duh)
2. sport

Its simple - whatever the sport is, take a drink whenever there
is a goal, point, score, try, etc etc etc.

This can get fairly rough, try playing it through a game of
basketball! If your're watching a low scoring sport compensate
with hard alcohol.

When I first moved into residence at school, we made the "The Relic Hunter" drinking game.

It really only had one rule - every cleavage shot of Tia Carrere required a drink.

What a shock, I was just watching Intervention and googled "Intervention, tv, drinking game" and one of my old favorite websites came up.  These rules are very close to the rules me and my friends follow.
