I have no clue what those are, but they were all over one of my patches... I can tell ya right now that they're not active. Anything with a white spore print isn't active(well, that is if you're not counting A. muscaria). Things with white sporeprints are something you'd want to avoid if you're looking for active mushrooms.

Yeah, I'd like to know what those carmel colored ones are as well. They had taken over this one horse pasture where I used to hunt.

It seemed to be wood chips. They had woodchips mixed in with horse manure, but I'm pretty sure they were feeding off the wood chips.

Those look to me to be Collybia dryophila, a very common mushroom which grows in woody debris. Not active, and many people get sick if they eat it, so not recommended for eating.

I would say probably not Lyophyllum descastes, because those seem to always grow in fairly dense clusters, unlike your photos show. Also, the gills of Lyophyllum are adnate to slightly decurrent, and these appear to be notched or free in the photos. The best way to verify this character is to slice one of them in half vertically to see how they get to the stem. But it's a pretty good guess, and it shows you're doing good research on your own. Keep it up, and you'll be identifying all these without any of our help in no time.

For the Lepiotas, here is a list of characters you should verify before you consider eating them.

1. Open caps more than 3 inches wide, with white flesh showing between tan or pinkish to reddish brown fairly concentric scales.
2. Cap flesh thick, white, not staining immediately brown when cut.
3. Gills free from stalk, very closely spaced, white to dingy white or tinted reddish.
4. Thick, white, membranous partial veil covering gills at first, then leaving a movable, bandlike ring on upper stalk.
5. Stalk smooth, much thicker at middle or base, white at top, tan to reddish rown below, bruising reddish brown.
6. Thickest part of stalk (or its base) at least 1 inch thick.
7. No volva.
8. Spore print white.

If they match this list *exactly* then they are a fine edible. If they don't match in *any* way, they may be one of the poisonous Lepiotas. Do not experiment with Lepiotas - they have caused several fatalities. The deadly ones contain the same toxins as the deadly Amanitas, and they will destroy your liver.

I go for Collybia dryophila: http://www.grzyby.pl/gatunki/Collybia_dryophila.htm
Like ToxicMan said Lyophyllum descastes grow in clusters: http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Lyophyllum_decastes.html

Here are the links to Collybia dryophila and Lyophyllum decastes on mykoweb, which I've found to be a valuable resource for identification. From my experience the photos there represent fairly well both species as I have found them.

The easiest absolute positive way at this point to verify an ID would be to examine the spores under a microscope. The spores of Collybia dryophila are smooth, elliptical, and 5-7 x 2-3.5 microns. The spores of Lyophyllum decastes are round or nearly so and 4-6 microns. The different shape should make the ID obvious.
