I took his course 3 yrs ago but it was only $500, price of inflation I guess. Did he point out some of his "outdoor patches"? and let you take a few prints?

You are right, he is awsome. You get an almost overload of info and want to go home and try everything LOL.

Hi Ripper,

I am really sorry we missed each other when you were here.

I also am very glad that you enjoyed your visit at Pauls in Shelton and that the seminar was worth your time and effort.

Paul is cool.

And you already know that I have mentioed to people about not discussing psychedelics with Paul at his farm.

At a conference is a different thing.

have a great day Ripper and its good knowning that your money was well spent.

When I first came here tot he Shroomery last year, many shroomerites thought it was stupid to pauy that kind of money to learn about shroom cultivation. Also many can not even afford to buy field guides.

Anyway good luck.

Paul definately overloaded us with knowledge. That's for sure, coming away from the class though. I have almost a new outlook on life, I feel so refreshed and invigorated. Paul didn't instill a feeling of religion or god in any of us, but myself I found a deeper meaning in my life. I feel so good inside. Hell, my girlfriend (of 9 months) broke up with me when I got back and I'm still feeling great. I'm not letting things get me down! I feel so great. And MJ, don't worry about me missing you! I had a great time in Seattle and I wish everyone could experience the way I feel right now.

Ripper

We received the following cultures after attending the seminar:
Ganoderma Lucidum ("Ling Chi")
Grifola Frondosa (Polyporus Frondosa) ("Maitake" or "Hen Of The Woods"
Hericium Erinaceus ("Lion's Mane")
Lentinula Edodes ("Shiitake" "Alder Strain")
Morchella Esculenta ("Black Morel")
Pleurotus Ostreatusi ("Pearl Oyster")
Pleurotus Pulmonarius ("Phoenix Oyster")

This augus there's a conference in Telluride which will have many speakers and focus's on many different types of mushrooms including psychoactives. Everything from field hunting to cultivation is covered. Its $260 without meals and $290 with meals and is held in Telluride, Colorado. More information can be located http://telluride.org/mushroom.html although the web page isn't loading properly today for some reason.

Telluride is one of the only festivals that I've been meaning to go to for years. If you have the chance to go...do it! And for $290, you really can't loose:-) Ripper I'm glad you had fun at Stamets seminar! Maybe next year I'll go;-)
