Well trip, no. Getting blasted on PCP? Possibly.

It all depends on how concentrated the liquid PCP is. A drop of liquid typically is 33-50 microliters. If its 10% PCP base, ingesting one drop would get you 3.3-5mg PCP, a dosage that does get you high, but usually not cabbaged out too much.

If its 50% PCP however you will be ingesting 15-25mg with that one drop. That is WAY too much for most people. You could zombify or freak out completely.

One drop of liquid PCP can be too little or too much. It depends on the concentration of PCP in the liquid and your individual sensitivity. Price isn't much of an indicator, PCP is dirt cheap to make or it can be highly overpriced.
