OK Computer... even though I find radiohead in general to be depressing and boring

I really liked HTTT with Kid A being next. I think. I hate picking a favorite I listen to what I want when I want.

there was just a big radiohead bashing in the most overrated band ever thread.
however i like radiohead. Amnesiac is my personal favorite, followed by OK Computer and Kid A.

I know there are plenty of people who don't like them, that's why I threw the don't like them option in to try and avoid that as much as possible.
They're whiny, they're depressing, they're boring, yeah, heard it all before. I can understand Radiohead not being someone's cup of tea, though.

Does anyone have a copy of Thom and I think Colin as guest DJ's on some British radio show and the set starts off with some old jazz song with horns and goes into some crazy beats. Used to have it a few years ago.

OK Computer, Ive always felt Kid A was pretty boring on repeated listenings. Its got catchy melodies I guess, but its a what you see is what you get type deal, theres no subtle depth to the music

Mmm, I must say, stranded on a desert island and all, The Bends and Kid A certainly stand out, and I'd probably say The Bends all in all.

Yup, most of my favourite radiohead tracks are on the bends.

If you like Radiohead you should check out a band called Easy All Stars. They did a tribute album to Radiohead called Radiodread. Its cool hearing Radiohead as reggae. They also did a tribute to Pink Floyd called Dub Side Of The Moon. Another good one.

I gotta say I'm not very fond of their "Time" cover. it could've been so much better had they not thrown in that bullshit random crap in between the real lyrics.

I vote Kid A.

HTTT I actually enjoyed. Not their best work, but it was a good album imo. In Rainbows is awesome, and I'm surprised to hear so many people not find it to be. One of the best albums to come out in a while imo.

I had to vote for Amnesiac just because of personal attachment.

First time shroomin' and first time hearing Radiohead ever... and Pyramid Song comes on... it was mind blowing.

All of my friends and I get the chills whenever we hear that song, it brings back SO many feelings of that night.

Peace
