Who, of the coaches with more than 250 games coached has the highest winning percentage in NBA HISTORY.

I don't think you can blame him for the Mavs trading for a shitty player (Kidd), to go along with their big-baby of a European star (Dirk). I would love to see Johnson get a shot with a real team.

The Mavericks are just not that good.

Not surprising though. Some heads had to roll. With the way Cuban treats his guys and the climate of Dallas, it's not going to take too long to rebuild after they can clear a few contracts. But unless they find some suckers, it's gonna be a long few years. I don't see what any coach is going to be able to do with that team.

The problem is they have few defensive-minded players and the fault rests with Cuban since he micro-manages that team.

Avery is a very good coach and will have no problem finding a job with a team that appreciates his leadership.
