The death of my Hurricane... fixable?

(this seems like the only logical section for this to go in)

So there I was, cleaning my bong, when out of nowhere, some mystical force tips it over into the side of the sink.

*Crack*

Yeah, the top half of my bong (a Hurricane for God's sake!!!) shattered.  Heartbroken, really...  I almost cried :sad:

So I was wondering this is something salvageable?  I'd hate to have to throw it out- I think cutting right below the break and sanding would work (?).  Though I don't have any of the tools required. 

Does this look like something I could take to my local glass blower?  I know these bongs are made differently than most, so I don't know how that might play into things...

On the bright side, my bowl and downstem are ok (that bowls been through two bong breaks now!).

Someone give me hope!?:(

A glass blwoer might be able to patch it but otherwise cut off the access break and continue to smoke that sucker
